The mission of the Resource Development Committee is to assist the Personal Growth Center in securing financial resources for development, implementation, and maintaining mission activities.  The Resource Development Committee fulfills its mission through;

1. the development of proposals and solicitations for funding from state, federal and private sectors;

2. donations: from members, friends, and foundations; and

3. endowments: from members, friends, and the business and corporate community
